Look at the city from above
Each round starts with one large satellite image focused on a mystery city. You can pan and zoom, but the bounds are locked.

Buy only the clues you need
Tap hints — continent, country, population, capital hint, first letter — when you want. Each reveal trims that city's max score.

Lock one guess per city
Your score is based on distance. A perfect guess earns the full remaining score, scaling linearly to zero at 10,000 km.

Daily geography game with global, US, China, and unlimited city modes
UrbanAbove is a browser geography game where each daily challenge asks you to identify cities from satellite imagery. Play the main global mode for a wider mix of places, narrow into the US-only or China-only daily, or subscribe to Unlimited when you want to keep going past the daily challenges.
Every run includes five rounds, one locked guess per city, optional hint purchases, and a final score out of 5,000 points. New puzzles are published each day, so the daily routes always point to the latest playable challenge.
